FULL TERMS OF SERVICE

• It is the clients responsibility to fully read and understand Yasmin’s Terms of Service. Neglect to do so does not exempt you from the agreement. By placing an order, you agree with the terms written in the T.O.SGeneral Terms• Prices are subject to change based on urgency and demand
• Yasmin has the right to reject any order for any reason
• You are consenting to Yasmin's art style, Yasmin will not imitate another artist's work.Payment• Currency accepted is USD (MYR for Malaysians) and can be paid through PayPal (Bank transfers for Malaysians).
All payments are made via PayPal Invoices (or Bank Transfers); upon which this Terms of Service will be agreed upon.
• Commissions are paid 100% upfront or 50% upfront and 50% after sketch approval.
• Do not send any payment before Yasmin has approved a slot and requested payment.
• Additional fees can be applied to any commission and are payable upfront; For fees that occur midway through a commission they are payable before work continues.Process & Delivery• The time it takes to finish your commission varies between 2 days to 3 months, depending on factors such as the complexity, detail & quantity of the request.
• Once the piece is finished, you will receive a JPEG or PNG of the artwork, unless otherwise stated in the original request.
• The resolution is defaulted to 5168x6656px and 600dpi unless otherwise requested.
• Commissioned pieces are digital, unless requested otherwise. You are responsible to pay for extra costs such as printing and shipping fees.Revisions• You are allowed 3 minor changes to the commission that are included in the price—one after the sketch, one after the line art, and one after the base colors are shown. If no revisions are needed, Yasmin will take that as a yes to continue to the next stage of the process.
• A base fee of 25+%, depending on complexity, will be added if you want something changed on the final drawing—unless a misunderstanding were to happen on Yasmin’s end.
• Large revisions are subject to discussion and will result in at least a 25+% charge.
• If your reference is unclear to start with, additional changes will come at an additional cost that is to be determined.Copyright and Usage• Yasmin reserves the right to cancel and refund the order at any time for any reason.
• Yasmin retains all copyrights over the commissioned artwork.
• Yasmin does not claim the intellectual property of the commissioned artwork.
• Yasmin will not profit further from the commissioned artwork unless you break any of the terms.
• Yasmin reserves the right to post the commissioned work online, in their portfolio, and in other publications.
• You may upload the commissioned artwork to any noncommercial website and social media.
• You may not make profits from the commissioned piece, such as reselling, redistributing, making prints, etc.
• You may not alter the commissioned artwork without Yasmin’s consent.
• You may not use the commissioned artwork for commercial purposes unless otherwise stated (see Commercial Usage).Copyright Infringement• Reproducing / using copyrighted artwork commercially unless otherwise stated.
• Claiming the artwork as your own.
• Altering the artwork without Yasmin’s consentCommercial Usage• Commercial rights to artwork may be purchased.
• You must state that you would like to purchase commercial artwork prior to the initial sketch.
• Commercial prices start at 100% of the base price.
• Art purchased with commercial usage may be printed, used to promote yourself, posted to commercial websites and social media, and used with any related money generating activity.Cancellations & Refunds• No refunds are offered after the sketch has been approved.Any infringement on copyrights and/or breaking the terms of service will permanently blacklist you from commissioning Yasmin again and may result in legal action

CHARACTER ILLUSTRATION

All character illustrations are fully rendered and come with simple colored background. Prices listed are per single character only, for group or bulk orders, commercial use please send me an email to get a quotation.Highly detailed and intricate character designs (e.g armor, extra wings, props and weaponry, etc) will be charged an extra fee ranging from $ 10 - $ 50 (MYR 30 - MYR 100)Background requests (other than simple, plain colored background) will be charged an extra fee of $ 20 (MYR 50)

VECTOR & CARTOON ILLUSTRATION

All vector illustrations are full body and come with simple colored background. Prices listed are per single character only, for group or bulk orders, commercial use please send me an email to get a quotation.Highly detailed and intricate character designs (e.g armor, extra wings, props and weaponry, etc) will be charged an extra fee ranging from $ 10 - $ 50 (MYR 30 - MYR 100)Background requests (other than simple, plain colored background) will be charged an extra fee of $ 20 (MYR 50)Fully Editable Source file (.svg / .ai / Affinity Designer) is an extra $ 100 (MYR 350)

CARICATURE & PORTRAIT

All caricature & portrait come with simple colored background (except Sketches). Prices listed are per single person / figure only, for group or bulk orders, commercial use please send me an email to get a quotation.All requests must include a clear, high resolution reference photo. Blurry or unclear reference photos will be declined.
